Commercial Advantages & Logistics

  • FOB Terms: Belawan or Tanjung Priok ports. Includes delivery to port, export clearance, and vessel loading.
  • MOQ: Tiered structure. Optimal pricing at 1×20ft FCL (19,200 kg). Mixed containers available. Trial orders accepted from 2,000 kg (LCL).
  • Sourcing Flexibility: Minimum quantity per coffee type is just 50 kg. Direct producer relationships.
  • Harvest Calendar: Main crop May–July; fly crop November–February. Year-round availability from stock.
  • Price Validity: Quotes valid for 30 days based on harvest and current USD/IDR rates.

Quality Standards & Ecosystem

  • Varieties: Premium Arabica (Gayo Highlands: Ateng, Bourbon, Typica) is our core focus. Commercial Robusta available on request.
  • Strict Specifications: Monitored moisture (max 13%), screen sizes 15–19, and rigorous defect control (SNI grading).
  • Documentation: Full Indonesian export compliance. Every lot includes Phytosanitary, Fumigation, COA and COO/ICO records.
  • Certifications: Partner cooperatives are Fairtrade / Organic certified; certified lots can be arranged at a premium.
  • Ecosystem Scale: Throughput of 20 tons/cycle; 200-ton annual capacity (2026). Scalable monthly allocation.
